Appearance - Deep gold with a tight, rocky white head. Aroma - Floral and fruity with hints of clove, lemon and orange. Flavor - Soft sweetness, delicate undertones of lemon, orange, clovey yeast, peach, grainy malt and herbal hop spice. Mouthfeel - Medium- bodied, creamy with an efferevecents, subtle warming, dry peppery finish.
