Description: Syzygy is an astronomical term meaning a straight line configuration of three celestial bodies, but also (in a more common sense) means a close union of opposites. We used the term syzygy to describe our first Belgian White IPA as it truly is a union of opposites. Belgian White Ale meets American IPA in this delicious and balanced concoction, allowing you to taste both the Belgian and the juicy hops in fairly equal measures. Cloudy, fruity and spicy, meets hoppy with a bitter bite. My taste buds tingle, delighting at the challenge of deciphering the myriad flavors thrust upon my palate. I love being a brewer! Cheers!
