Description: This beer was brewed in collaboration Allagash Brewing Company for the 5th Annual Saison Day in 2018. We were honored to host Jason for the collaboration and honored that our friends at Allagash asked us to host such a special event this year. The resulting beer is a saison, fermented and aged in Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces, and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. For this beer, Jason brought local malt from Maine Malt House to use in the brew, alongside Vermont's own Peterson Quality Malt, the base malt we use for all of our beers.
