Description: A beautiful little dark pub style bitter. We brewed this one with some British Optic malt, crystal, and some special darker malts; and hopped it with a classy blend of European hops. Notes of plum jam on toasted biscuits, citrus compote, a new leather belt, dried garden herbs, and a handful of apricots. Beautiful on the handpump, lovely out of the can.
