Description: An addition of 4 lbs. per barrel of El Dorado, Chinook, and Denali hops creates a dank hoppy brew with a bitter backbone, balanced by fruit notes and slight alcohol heat. Huge fruit notes with some hints of fusel alcohol. The second sip leaves an impression of apricot and other stone fruits. Hints of pine play off of the alcohol note to aid in complexity. Dry finish with a distinct bitter character that lingers for a short time. A very hop driven beer, with just enough malt to know it's there.
