Description: This is a white Concord grape Berliner that was brewed with Eldorado grown white Concord grapes. It's sporting a pH of 3.40, and was mash hopped to 10 IBU using New Mexico grown Neomexicanus Latir hops from the Taos area. It's bursting with Concord grape character, so I'm pretty happy to say the least. Unfortunately this batch had a small yield as I had to split the output with Chettogyle Greg as his wife grew the grapes. The coyotes ate a lot of the grapes while they were on the vine. Hopefully next year we can get a larger crop as these grapes were exquisite!
