Description: This is our take on a classic Bohemian Pilsner that evolved into a hoppy Pilsner. This is a bright, crisp, refreshing, yellow/golden lager that is light in body. We added copious amounts of Lemondrop and Mandarina hops in the kettle which gives the beer a nice citrus, lemon, and tangerine flavor and aroma. We also didn’t want to forget the roots of this style and added some Tradition and Liberty hops later to give it some slight spicy noble characteristics. This Hoppy Pilsner is an easy drinker that finishes relatively dry. Coming in at 5.2% ABV and 30 IBUs, it is certainly a beer that one can enjoy over a session.
