Description: There are plenty of reasons to look forward to fall: falling temperatures, crunchy leaves, the inglorious return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. But for us, this time of year is most special because it’s hop-harvest season. And that offers us the chance to make a very special beer: Wet Knot. Each year, our brewers fly up to Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho to hand-select 800 pounds of the freshest, juiciest Cascade hops they can find. Thirty-six hours and a refrigerated Idaho-to-Arizona road trip later, those very same hops—still green as could be—go into a special batch of our Hop Knot IPA, infusing it with extra-fresh, extra-piney hop flavor.
