The Fleur-de-lis is a long standing symbol of royalty, perfection, light, and life. It is also associated with a number of saints. So, we felt it appropriate to name this porter the Fleur-de-lis Porter. With medium malt sweetness and hop bitterness, the nutty, caramel, and chocolate notes create predecessor to stouts.
