Description: Not your average West Coast IPA. This beer has a complex profile, owing to the fact that we brewed it with coriander seed, hibiscus, fresh orange zest, black pepper, and chamomile. Additionally, we used copious amounts of heavy hitting American hops to create the kind of enticing aroma one expects from a West Coast IPA. All in all, this drinks almost like a complex example of a Belgian IPA, but rather than having been fermented with a Belgian yeast, we just brewed it with everything but the kitchen sink.
