Description: A Cyser by definition, it is a strong cider based on our Crabby Granny blend, with lots of traditional crab apples, Granny Smith and Winesap, then balanced with sweet desert and aromatic apples. Tartness up front with wildflower and clover honey to provide a smooth finish. We turn it into the Hoppy Granny by dry hopping it with a salad of the C's - Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade.
