Description: Named for Lawrence’s Oldfather Studios that were once home to Centron Fillms, an educational and industrial film company, whose principal director, Herk Harvey created the cult classicCarnival of Souls.This rye IPA, or RyePA, features substantial additions of Amarillo and Cascade hops, providing an intense citrus profile redolent of grapefruit and lemon followed by an earthy/peppery finish from the rye malt at the heart of this beer.Additionally, it features an English variety of malt new to us, named Pearl and an addition of oats to soften the palette.
