Description: Our entry in Wilmington’s Ultimate Brewing Championship 2017, an Iron Chef style brew-off with a required ingredient. Ours was cucumber and sea salt. We joined the cool flavors of cucumber to two of our spring seasonals: Spring Brew, and Henry’s Helles Bock. To each keg we added ½ of a finely sliced seedless English cucumber, and ¼ tsp of Portuguese sea salt to enhance the flavors. The result was so delicious we had to share it with you! Ask your server which version is pouring today.
