Description: Notes: This unique beer features all NC malt, yeast that we cultivated locally, wet hops grown in VA and NC, and local sourwood honey. It pours an opaque orange with an off-white head, Cecil B. DeMiel has aromas of wildflowers, funky yeast, and subtle citrusy hops. Flavors of bready grain provide a pleasant background accompaniment to a tart palate that is dominated by complex yeast character and some grapefruit tones from the wet hops.
