On the palate a rich malty flavor, with hints of biscuit, works in the background to support flavors of figs, nuts, bourbon, vanilla, and subtle yeasty esters. The beer's body is full enough to support its alcohol content but dry enough to avoid being overly sweet and allows some warmth to come through.
