Description: A Black Ale with Ancho Chillies Naughty is the beer for those are getting a lump of coal from the big man this year. The beer has been spiked with ancho chillies which have a rich fruitcake flavour and a subtle spice. Several kilos of the chillies were added to the beer with core of each one stripped out to maximise the fruity aromas while limiting the spice from the chilli. A jet black ale that has a rich fruitcake aroma and a subtle spice. Plenty of chocolate malt in the grist builds a smooth, full bodied character in the beer.
