Description: The first TIPA of the new year is one that really focuses on stone fruit character. Hit with four hops that really throw off big peachy vibes this one is a beauty. Taking the lead here are HBC630 Cryo and El Dorado. The former giving plenty of peach and berries while the later combines more tropical notes with its stone fruit character. Next in line is a firm dose of Galaxy with some pear and passion fruit followed by Idaho 7 Cryo. We've gone very heavy on the wheat and oats here to really fluff up the body here too to make this drink like a peach smoothy and all fermented with a yeast famed for its stone fruit esters.
