Description: The fourth installment of our Rotating Hop series. Each beer will highlight and utilize a different hop blend, while keeping the same malt bill throughout. In a fun twist, #4 to #7 all started as the same beer! We then moved 5 barrels to 4 different fermentors and cared for them uniquely using different yeast and different dry-hopping regiments. #4 is a blend of El Dorado, Centennial, Amarillo and Topaz. We then dry hopped with massive amounts of Mosaic and Simcoe. Pouring a vibrant hazy yellow, straw color. The nose has an overwhelmingly rich berry aroma with underlying earthy and piney notes. The first sip consumes the pallet with a punch of hops, that fades into a grainy, dry finish.
