Description: A Belgian farmhouse ale that brings together the passion and expertise of Velvet Owl Brewing Company, Gloucester Brewery, Hillside Brewery, Prescott Brewery, DEYA Brewing Company and Favourite Beers. This beer has been brewed to mark the second ever annual Cheltenham & Gloucester Beer Week #CGBW17 The beer was brewed on Friday August 11th 2017 at Gloucester Brewery, with representatives from all five breweries participating in all aspects of the brewing process. True to the ‘saison’ style, this beer’s light, spritzy body is complimented by intense spice character from the authentic French farmhouse yeast. Copious amounts of herbaceous and fruity European hops, including Saaz, Huell Melon and the exciting new variety Styrian Wolf, were added late in the brewing process. The result is a highly drinkable, refreshing and moreish beer to be enjoyed all through Beer Week 2017.
