Description: Karl is a wet-hopped cider fermented with an IPA yeast to channel the hazy vibes of the Bay Area. We took our fresh-pressed West Coast apple juice, and brewed a portion of it with Columbus Hops, then wet-hopped the finished Karl for 4 days with Locally Grown Organic Cascade Hops. The result is a citrus-forward, freshly-hopped cider, with a bone dry finish. Once you set your eyes on Karl, you won't be able to take them off, because he's definitely looking a little hazy!
