Description: This concept beer has been in our minds for awhile now. A hybrid style of an Oatmeal Stout and a Milk Stout, this beer is brewed with flaked oats, lactose sugar and a plethora of specialty malts to give it a nice toasty and chocolate flavor. Post-fermentation we rest the beer on over 1 lb/bbl of whole coffee beans roasted by Carrier Coffee Co. to give it just enough flavor to not be tannic or overpowering.
