Description: We set out to brew a big hoppy beer this time. In the brewing process we used a newer malt called Midnight Wheat, to achieve a pitch black color while remaining soft and light on the palate. It was hopped late but heavy in the kettle with summit, for a tangerine rind and orange flavor and then double dry-hopped with a mix of classic hops for a piney, resin and orange pith flavor. It's a black IPA and also a black wheat beer in one. We hope you like it!
