Description: The intention of a session beer is to provide big flavor with lower alcohol so you can have more than one per session (within reason of course). Hop Bollocks brings flavor and aroma with three different hops. Nugget and Centennial are added to create medium bitterness; late addition of Simcoe for aroma, and then dry hopped with more Simcoe and more Centennial for another punch of aroma. This piney, citrusy, lemony combination is the dogs bollocks (you can Google that if you need to). A base of pilsner malt with a hint of pale honey, Vienna, Munich, and Carapils malts.
