Description: For this year’s edition, we decided to pursue an all-Colorado version. We worked with Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, High Wire Hop Farms near Paonia, and Inland Island Yeast Lab in Denver to source all of the ingredients. We had to steal water from California, however. The malt we used will impart a nice toasted biscuit character that will help support the magic of the fresh Chinook hops.
