Description: Historically FlogenFlagenBier was consumed in the bavarian kingdom of Broad. Legend holds that they king would cellar this beer until the barrel was empty or until they all passed out. The barrel would then be burned as an effigy of their fallen enemies. We at Grimm Brothers don't intend to burn our barrels, but want to show homeage to this great endevor. 2014 is a blended sour red ale. A very tanic and strong wood note. Brettnomyces was added but noticeable Pediocacus and Lactobasillus are evident.
