Description: GN-013A Citrillo II This is an India Pale Ale with American hops. Equal parts of Citra and Amarillo hops was used. The bitterness is low-key compared to the large amount of hops used. This is done by adding the vast majority of the hops late in the boil. In order to increase the hop aroma dry hops are added during the last part of the fermentation. Pale Malt, Caramel malt, sugar and hops FG: 1016 - IBU: 65 - EBC: 19 - BU/GU: 0,90 - ABV: 7,4%
