Description: This special pale ale is made with local hops grown in Delaware County, NY. Most of the plants are from the brewer’s mother’s property in Delhi, but some came from Catskill Hop Farm in Meredith. The cones were hand-picked by friends and family at the brewery while the beer was being brewed. They were used in our signature "Hop Jack" to lend a distinctive character. The resulting beer has an herbal, earthy aroma and finishes with notes of nougat and biscuit.
