Description: An Oak Aged Farmhouse Sour Ale. This beer is a combination of one of our current favourite barrels in the brewery paired with our most expressive yeast blend yet. Tasting this beer out of the barrel was an explosion of fruit; peach, apricot, mango, pineapple! The red wine barrel character heightens the fruit with even more grape, pear & blueberry! This is our fruitiest beer that contains no actual fruit. A farmhouse ale with layers and layers of juiciness, barnyard funk and intense oak. We couldn’t bring ourselves to do much else with this beer other than a light dry-hopping of Denali, El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin & Simcoe only to brighten and enhance the already tropical nature of this beer.
