Description: Continuing with our exploration of IPA’s brewed with Kolsch yeast, this IPA takes the bright tropical notes of the hops and combines it with the bready, dry finish of a Kolsch. Half Weyermann Pils and half Simpsons Golden Promise malt for a nice, lightly toasty, crackery malt flavor. Followed up by wonderful notes of orange rind, pine, lemon, and lime from Simcoe, Amarillo, Motueka and Mosaic hops.
