Description: HRB's Steam Ale is a Hybrid beer. It's brewed with a clean Lager yeast, but fermented at Ale temperatures. It's brewed with all Northern Brewer hops and balanced by a smooth and sweet malt character that has a rich, biscuity and light caramel flavour. Dry finish with lingering bitterness. And this beer is brewed in loving memory of my amazing Father, which is him on the label. The name "Gammie" is what all four of his Grandkids called him.
