Description: This classic American fresh hop IPA (6.7% ABV) was brewed with whole cone Cascade Hops grown and donated by our community in Richmond, VA. This beer was made with a large amount (72%) of Virginia-grown and malted Pale Ale malt by Murphy and Rude Malting in Charlottesville, VA. Some of the specialty malts added were Munich and Caramunich malts to give it a deep copper color and provide a balancing malt profile. The malt pairs well with the bright candied orange and resinous pine flavors and aromas from these awesome looking whole cone hops! Thanks to all for donating these delicious Cascade Hops!
