Description: In this premium version of our popular Dark Hart we have kept the flavour profile the same but increased the intensity. At the same time we have reduced the mashing temperature to ensure the finished ale is not heavy but remains fresh with the hops coming through in the finish. In the traditional style of our forefathers the ale will be stored to continue improving and only be finally racked when required for dispatch.
