Description: Our soft, beautiful Belgian Wheat India Pale Ale, brewed with over 300 pounds of fresh, locally-grown Ginger Gold apples (with a bushel or two of Arkansas Black & Golden Delicious thrown in for some layered complexity), fresh ginger root from our friends at East Branch in Pittsboro and a little crushed indian coriander, then dry-hopped with a combination of Mandarina Bavaria & Azacca hops for a big, citrusy finish.
