Description: Lets get this party started right! This black IPA features extra dark crystal, chocolate, and carafa malts to provide a deep black color and assertive roast character. It was aggressively hopped and dry hopped with Simcoe and Cascade hops to balance that roast with notes of pine and citrus. To add a bit more complexity, we threw in 40 gallons of sweet cherry juice to contribute a touch of cherry to the finish.
