Description: Brewed in collaboration with Stoup Brewing, the Source of the Sound IPA features Washington grown two-row malt and Citra and Simcoe Cryo hops. Cryo-hops are hops that have had the essential hop resins removed by a freezing process. These are then condensed and pelletized to create a dense and super concentrated aroma. This beer also uses traditional pellet hops of the same varieties and is heavily dry-hopped. It is a west-coast style IPA that is unfiltered, golden in color, rich in hop aromas of citrus with mild notes of pine, and a slight herbal hop character. Hops: Simcoe and Citra (type 90 and Cryo-hop) Malt: Washington select two-row, Northwest Vienna
