Description: SELEKTOR yall! Every harvest season, the delightful hop farmers of America invite brewers to come smell fresh-picked and dried hops and, if you commit to enough of any one kind, select the lots of hops the brewers want most. This year was not only HenHouse's first time selecting hops, but it was also our friends at Fort Point Beer Co's first time as well, so we decided to flex hops together in this showcase of our hop selection prowess. We put together the Mosaic we thought was best with their first pick of Centennial, and BOOM. Selektor was created. This Pale Ale is made with barley and oats from small maltsters to create a soft and luxurious beer that clearly shows off Mosaic and Centennial hops. And show off it does. Aromas of apricot juice and lemon oil, a soft palate with pine needles and grapefruit, it is a triumph of hop flavor slammed into a super radical can. Big ups to @fortpointbeer for a killer collab!
