Description: Who got the Phunk? We got the Phunk! Supah Phunk #1 was off the charts, so we decided to bring it back for another go. Supah Phunk #2 has the same cheesy, funky Philly yeast as the original, but after spending its whole 10-week life in a blend of red and white wine oak barrels, it kicked the funk up a notch. Plan for a tart, malty, funky saison with a mellow hop groove to make it go down smooth. Want to really get down with the funk? Try it with Twig Farm Goat Tomme, a Vermont made raw-milk goat cheese. Huah!
