In the spirit of this sage advice, we brewed this Pale Wheat Ale, and hopped it intensely with Hallertau Blanc. It's light and crisp as as can be, super lemony, and has beautiful berry and melon notes. At 4.7% ABV, it's a perfect drinker on these beautiful Spring days!
