Description: While breweries proliferate around the globe, seemingly at an endless pace, one benefit of the increased number of minds making beer is the continued evolution of styles and flavors in our favorite beverage. Waiting for the Apex is a nice easy Double IPA hopped with heavy doses of Galaxy and Denali, resulting in a ridiculously ripe fruitbowl of heavy, sticky peach juice, and mango, followed by notes of dirty martini and bitter orange peel. In our opinion, there's no rush to get to the Apex - just drink and enjoy the moment.
