These beers are characterized by strong aromas and flavors of banana and clove, produced by the yeast rather than the grain. The wheat contributes a hazy golden appearance and a creamy head. Our Hefeweizen, made to inaugurate patio season is extremely traditional except for the addition of American Citra hops that give the beer its lemony character.
