Description: This beer is a celebration of us brewing beer for one year! We used every strain of yeast taking up residence in our festive little brewery. It was fermented in oversized (132 gallon) french oak puncheon barrels that previously held red wine. It is dry and citrusy with a pleasant brettanomyces earthiness and a peppery, refreshing finish.
