Description: Cactus Elbow is both a Hazy DIPA and a lethal wrestling move perfected by Mick Foley. For the beer version of Cactus Elbow we used the stonefruit expressive London 3 yeast strain. We dry hopped with Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Cactus Elbow has a creamy mouthfeel and huge aromas of pineapple, papaya, and tangerine.
