Description: this beer is a robust, super saison. The base of this beer uses German Hallertau hops, a bit of rye for spiciness, and rosemary to provide some earthiness. It was then aged in oversized French oak puncheon barrels with our house mixed culture of lactobacillus,pediococcus, and brettanomyces. This all results in an incredibly complex and aromatic beer. Notes of pepper, pine, oak, earth, and citrus are balanced against a medium body, delicate acidity, and a warming finish
