Brewed with the collaboration queens from the Wheaty Brewing Corps visiting us from the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Adelaide, our Gose was first kettle soured with lactobacillus, then brewed with Tasman Sea Salt and a blend of Tasmanian pepperberry and Indian coriander.
