Description: This cider is made from pink lady apples. The apples are milled and pressed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks to undergo cool fermentation. This allows for the retention of clean, crisp apple flavours. The fermentation is the stopped prior to all of the sugar being consumed by the yeast, resulting in a cider with higher sugar levels and lower alcohol. The cider is then filtered and bottled with light carbonation. This cider has very intense apple flavours on the nose. The palate is sweet and fresh and is enhanced by the low levels of carbonation.
