Description: We had the distinct honor and privilege to produce Stuck on Rye 26, the first commercial collaboration beer from two South Carolina breweries, with our friends at RJ Rockers Brewing in Spartanburg. That beer was made on RJ Rockers' system, and made its debut as part of Charleston Beer Week 2013. During that same week, we welcomed RJ Rocker's Assistant Brewer to our digs to brew our second collaboration beer! This time we went for a single hop IPA, made with one of everyone's favorite varieties: Citra. We hopped this in the kettle once every ten minutes for a rough hour, then hit it again with a heavy dry-hop. A big bouquet of fresh grapefruit greets you at first, followed by a pleasantly bitter flavor profile.
