Description: Foudre Fermented Saison Creation and Providence was brewed with Pilsner malt, Malted Spelt, Purple Karma Barley Flakes and Malted Wheat. Hopped with Styrian Golding and Brewers Gold, it was fermented in one of our oak foeders with a unique blend of yeast originated from a small Belgian brewery. After fermentation, it was moved to stainless where it was dry hopped with a blend of German Huell Melon and Czech Saaz.
