Description: Cremation is an IPA that showcases the hop variety Moutere. Grown in New Zealand, Moutere has a very high alpha acid and oil content, with intense grapefruit and tropical passionfruit characteristics. Galaxy and Enigma were also added in the kettle, and this IPA was fermented with one of our favorite yeast strains. It was then dry-hopped with Moutere and Galaxy before cold conditioning.
