Description: An oak-fermented IPA brewed in collaboration with our friend Ron Jeffries from Jolly Pumpkin. Ron Hawaii was brewed to showcase experimental hop HBC 438 AKA "Ron Mexico" from our friends at @ychhops. A very unique hop, HBC 438 has strong characteristics of stone fruit, tropical pineapple and coconut. We fermented this IPA in one of our oak congnac foudres and then dry-hopped it with more "Ron Mexico".
