Description: With the exception of the first bittering addition, the remaining hop bill is all Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Onto the pointless but entertaining anecdote regarding this beer - There's a scene from Cheech and Chong's "Nice Dreams" where Paul Reubens (Pee-Wee Herman) repeatedly says, "I'm sorry I took the money, I'm sorry." Upon exiting the room, he has a change of heart and screams, "I'm not sorry I took the money, bluuuuhhh!" We initially felt guilty making this beer. Well...we're not sorry we used a shitload of expensive and elusive Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops in this beer and we're not sorry about cranking up the ABV with a huge grain bill and some cane sugar. We are however, sorry about not being sorry, if that's any consolation.
